Jen Schwartz is a Baltimore born award-winning designer and artist residing in Brooklyn, NY. She has previously held creative leadership roles at Showtime Networks, MTV Entertainment Group, and Taskforce, LLC.

In her current role as VP of Content at Taskforce, Jen oversees a staff of eight and a team of over 100+ freelancers. She grew the department from just herself in 2020 to what it is today (including search and recruitment of freelancers) and created systems for production, live shoots, design and animation. She creatively directs the work of AR lenses, gifs, stickers, memes, merch, marketing collateral and activation work.

In addition, she volunteers her creative skills with Womankind, a leader in providing multilingual and culturally-responsive services to help survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual violence rise above trauma and build a path to healing

Jen is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art’s BFA program in animation. Creatively, her focus is on helping brands reach emerging audiences and working with companies that value creating a positive impact in the world.

Awards and honors include CLIOS, Promax BDA, The One Club, Creativity International, AIGA Design Effectiveness, and the Art Director’s Club. She has spoken at SVA, FIT, AIGA Baltimore/D.C. and Love Is A Kind Of Cure.

Clients and collaborators include Absolut Vodka, Blue State Digital, Bruce Lee Foundation, The Country Music Awards, Ford, Global Citizen, Google, Jim Joseph Foundation, League of Conservation Voters, Los Angeles County, Luna Bar, MoveOn, MTV, The Natural Resources Defense Council, Nickelodeon, The New York Times, Our Health California, Ray-Ban, The Rubin Museum of Art, Planned Parenthood, Showtime Networks, Starbucks, The United Nations, The Women’s March, Victoria Secret, and VH1.

She has also organized and curated a gallery show to benefit Womankind featuring artists including Claw Money, Sagmeister + Walsh, ELLE, Mike Perry, Chris RWK, Jessica Lichtenstein, Swoon, and Didier William among others.

Outside of design, Jen is an avid NYT Crossword solver (her daily streak now spans five years!), a lover of all things Bravo, and a Peloton enthusiast.
