To support fair hiring practices for system-impacted individuals, Taskforce partnered with Fair Chance Hiring Los Angeles. In addition to the launch event with featured speakers, we created wheat paste, tote bags, pins, window decals, informational pamphlets, and a large scale installation featuring photography of employers and employees in the program and their personal stories. We wanted to make them feel like larger-than-life heroes and reinforce that the future is bright.
